In May 2008, we became the first officially-recognized Transition Initiative in North America and subsequently changed our business name to TRANSITION BOULDER COUNTY.
In September, we delivered the first Training for Transition in the U.S., for leaders of local initiatives and "mullers" considering bringing Transition to their communities.
